Best Western BK's Pioneer Motor Lodge advises that the policy below applies for all reservations:

Airport Shuttle

Our on-demand 24h Airport shuttle service is provided free of charge for transfer purposes only. This means that the free service is provided only for guests who need transfer to our motel after arriving from a flight or need transfer to the Airport to catch a flight out of Auckland.

If you require additional transport to the Airport (or other nearby amenities) for other reasons during your stay (e.g. business), then we may charge $10 per trip. This is still very reasonable compared to taxis which charge $30 in the Airport region.


All reservations must be accompanied by either:

  • Valid Credit Card details.
  • Advance deposit.


Note that our rates may vary day to day depending on availability, and with special offers. When booking directly from us (directly):

  • We guarantee the lowest rates compared to other online websites, when making a booking with equivalent terms.
  • We charge no booking fee.
  • Rates include GST and all taxes.

Check-in and Check-out

Our reception is open 24h (our FREE airport shuttle also operates 24h, on call) so you can check in at any time. Normal check-in time is around 2pm but please advise if you are arriving earlier. Normal check out time is around 10am. If you need to stay much later than this, we may charge a late check out fee of $50.


PLEASE NOTE: Some specials or external booking websites have additional cancellation rules which override our policy. Please inspect the full cancellation policy for your specific booking website or call us directly to book at the best rate.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for all cancellations, failure to provide Best Western BK's Pioneer MotorLodge with 24 hours notice will automatic imply liability and therefore a charge not exceeding one nights accommodation will be charged.

A minimum of 72 hours notice is required for all bookings exceeding 3 rooms, any cancellation within
72 hours will incur 1 nights accommodation for each room booked. A 50% surcharge applies for all pre booked rooms.

Cancellations due to "Acts of God" will not be charged for.


We may record your information to keep you informed about upcoming specials and new developments. This information will not be given out to any third party organisation, and can be inspected and updated at any time.  We also use Google Analytics to keep track of the number of visitors to each page of this site and inform of us of problems with it.
