We have a number of different room types to suit your needs:

ROOM RATES

Our rates vary depending on room type, occupancy, season and special offers. Please see our Rates & Booking page for current prices and availability. Additional occupants beyond normal inclusions are also $30 extra each. Infants under 4 years are FREE and cots are available, please let us know at time of booking so we can reserve one.

ALL ROOMS are equipped with the following, in addition to access to Guest Services (see next section):

  • Air conditioner heat pump
  • Ensuite bathroom:
    • With toilet and either shower box or shower over bath.
    • Toiletries: soaps, shampoo, conditioner etc.
    • All towels.
  • All bedding provided, plus additional blankets.
  • Bed-side alarm clock and lamps.
  • Kitchenette:
    • Refridgerator/freezer.
    • Basin.
    • Electric kettle, coffee and tea making facilities.
    • All cutlery and dishes, dishwashing liquid.
    • Microwave oven.
  • Wardrobe with coat/pants hangers.
  • Appliances: iron and ironing board, hair-dryer, toaster, telephone.
  • LCD TV with Freeview digital.
  • Desk/dining-table and chairs.
  • Luggage rack.
  • All rooms non-smoking.
  • Rooms serviced daily.

SOME ROOMS are equipped with the following. Please enquire if you would like to secure a room with any of these special features.

  • Electric hotplate stove.
  • Wheelchair access.
  • Electric blankets available on request.
  • Small heaters and fans available on request (note: all rooms already have built-in Air-conditioner heat pump).
  • Infant cot available on request.
  • Some rooms are located on the upper floor which requires carrying baggage up stairs. Our staff will gladly assist with this.

Our reception is open 24/7 if you need any assistance or information. You can also dial 0 on your in-room phone to contact reception any time.

Nearby Restaurants and Amenities

Restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, cafe and car rentals are within short walking distance.  Within 5 minutes drive there are gas stations, department stores, large supermarkets and other retail shopping. Enquire with reception staff for directions and recommendations.

Internet Access

FREE in-room wireless internet access is available to all guests. Our connection has been upgraded to high-speed fibre and we have added additional wifi antennas to improve connectivity. Please ask and reception for a login password coupon (one per device). Internet access is subject to reasonable use policy.

Airport Shuttle

FREE transfers to and from the domestic and international Airport terminals, available 24/7.

For pickups from the Airport, simply call us when you are out of the terminal. Please listen carefully to the pickup instructions from our staff, as these often change due to the ongoing upgrades to the airport.  We will pick you up from the specified location within a few minutes after the call. Watch for our white van with Best Western logo.

For transfers from our motel to the Airport, it is best to book a time at our reception so that you can ensure you arrive at the Airport in time for your check-in.
Laundry

A guest laundry is available for FREE use. You will need to supply your own washing powder or purchase some from reception. Full laundry and dry cleaning service is also available at additional cost, please enquire at reception.

Snack Bar and Cold Drinks

Snacks and cold drinks are available for purchase at reception for your convenience. Ice is also available at reception.
Fresh Milk, Tea, Coffee

FREE fresh milk is available from reception. All rooms also have complementary tea and coffee making facilities.
Breakfast

A continental breakfast options are available. Please book your breakfast the day before at reception, so that it can be delivered to your room.

Parking

Parking in our off-street parking lot is free for guests during their nights stayed. Guests can also leave their car with us while away, for just $7 per day. A courtesy shuttle is available to take you to and from the airport free of charge.

Wake-Up Call

If you require a wake-up call, please arrange at reception beforehand. Your phones volume control should normally be switched on to a loud enough setting but please check it is on and plugged in. Alternatively, all rooms are fitted with an alarm clock.

We offer free luggage storage, please ask at reception.
